Elliott Forensic Consulting Ltd was founded by Prof Dr Simon Elliott in 2018. Utilising over 20 years’ experience as a forensic practitioner as well as business leader, owner and global advisor, Elliott Forensic Consulting offers a range of services for business professionals, organisations and corporations. It is recognised that there are many business consultants and approaches to business but with a unique experience and view, Elliott Forensic Consultancy provides business consultancy but with a forensic eye. The approach is for any business offering any service, product or commodity. It’s not for forensic businesses only and it’s not forensic accountancy!

Business consultancy with a forensic eye is the application of principles employed in forensic science with senior managerial responsibilities. These principles include peer review and alternative views, looking at all potential scenarios and options, precision and accuracy, attention to detail as well as clear and concise advice.

Dr Simon Elliott has over 20 years’ experience in forensic toxicology and is a Consultant Forensic Toxicologist, independent Business Consultant and Director of Elliott Forensic Consulting Ltd. Dr Elliott is a Visiting Professor at King’s College London and holds a BSc from the University of Bath and a PhD from the University of Birmingham. He was previously the Director of Global Forensics at Alere Inc (now part of Abbott) (2017-2018) having also been the founder and Managing Director of Forensics Ltd (ROAR Forensics, subsequently Alere Forensics) in Malvern, Worcestershire, UK (2008-2017). A Chamber of Commerce Award winning business providing forensic toxicology services across the UK with referrals from the USA, Australasia and Africa. Dr Elliott previously worked in the NHS for over 10 years with senior managerial responsibilities. He was also a founder and Director of E-volv Enterprises UK Ltd (2000-2007) offering innovative web-based services and products. Over the years, Dr Elliott has advised and consulted with international professionals as well as governmental and private organisations in the Middle East, West Indies, Europe, Australasia, Africa and North America.
